Welcome to Kenesseth Israel Congregation's Web site. We are the Modern Orthodox Jewish congregation of suburban Minneapolis, located in St. Louis Park at 4330 W. 28th Street, 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Led by Rabbi Chaim Goldberger, we support about 120 member families. We provide a welcoming environment for Jews of all observance levels.
Weekly davening is approximately 20 minutes before sundown and at 7 a.m. (earlier davening times for Mondays, Thursdays and festivals apply, davening on Sunday mornings and on national holidays is at 8:00 a.m.). See the KI's calendar for more details/times

Announcement - Change of Schedule
In order to accommodate the Frishman Bar Mitzvah dinner, MINCHA ON FRIDAY, MARCH 19, WILL BE AT 5:50 P.M. WITH SHABBAT CANDLELIGHTING AT THE EARLY TIME OF 6:08 P.M. (Latest candlelighting, for those who will be unable to adjust to the special accommodation, will remain at 7:07 P.M., but there will be no Kenesseth Shabbat services at the later time.)
Shabbat services will return to the original printed schedules on March 26.
Please Remove Your Belongings from the Coatroom this Week– The coatroom will be cleaned in the near future for Pesach. Any items left in the coatroom will be donated to charity.
Upcoming Bar and Bat Mitzvahs at the Shul - We need to collect information on all Bar or Bat Mitzvahs our shul members are planning from now through August. Please submit details as soon as possible to office@kenessethisrael.org.
The 5770 Calendars Are In - Members/friends are welcome to pick them up at the shul.
Minyanaires Wanted – Join us for Shacharit, Mincha and Maariv. Help us ensure that a Minyan will be present so people can say Kaddish.
